Getting started
QuillJet is a native Webflow Marketplace app that keeps your email tool in sync with your Webflow site. When something happens in Webflow (a new order, an inventory change, a form submission, or a CMS item), QuillJet builds a contact and adds or updates it as a subscriber in the email tool you already use. QuillJet does not send email itself. It pipes contacts into your tool, and your tool owns all sending.
You can be live in four steps: connect a Webflow site, connect an email tool, build one sync rule, and let events flow. This page walks the whole path. Each step links to a deeper guide if you want more detail.
1. Connect your Webflow site
Install QuillJet from the Webflow Marketplace and authorize it for the site you want to sync. QuillJet asks only for read scopes, and a fresh site listens to three triggers by default: New order, Inventory changed, and Form submission. CMS triggers are opt-in and need a quick re-authorize.

2. Connect your email tool
QuillJet works with seven email tools: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, Omnisend, and GetResponse. Mailchimp connects with one-click OAuth. The other six connect with a scoped API key. ActiveCampaign also needs your account API URL.
If your tool has exactly one list or audience, QuillJet selects it as the default for you. Mailchimp and GetResponse require a list before they can deliver, so pick one if you have several.

3. Build your first sync rule
A sync rule ties one Webflow trigger to one email tool. In the rule you choose the trigger, the target connection, an optional list or audience, your field mappings, any conditions, constants, and tags.
QuillJet already extracts the email and name for you, so a basic rule can be as simple as: on Form submission, add the contact to your Mailchimp audience. Add mappings and conditions when you want more control.

4. You are live
Once a rule is enabled, every matching event from that moment forward flows automatically. Contacts are matched by email and upserted, so the same person is never duplicated. Each delivery lands in the event log with a status of pending, sent, failed, or skipped, and you can retry any delivery with one click.
QuillJet does not backfill past orders or submissions. Only new events, from the point your triggers are enabled, are synced.
Tip: Use the Test button on a rule before you rely on it. Test runs a sample through the real delivery path so you can confirm your setup end to end.
