Getting started
Connect your Webflow workspace +
In the app, click Connect Webflow and authorize. QuillJet registers webhooks for orders, inventory changes, and form submissions automatically.
Connect an email tool +
Open Email tools and connect via OAuth (Mailchimp) or paste an API key (Klaviyo, Brevo, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, Omnisend, GetResponse). Pick a default audience to sync into.
Create your first sync rule +
On Sync rules, choose an event (e.g. New order), an action (Add to list), and the email tool. Map fields, send a test, then enable it.
Syncing and delivery
A delivery failed, what now? +
Open the Event log, filter by Failed, and click Retry on the row. The log shows the exact error returned by the email tool.
Does QuillJet send emails? +
No. QuillJet forwards contacts into your email tool, which sends the emails from your own account and domain. QuillJet has no templates and never emails your customers.
My contacts are not appearing +
Check that the rule is enabled, the event fired (Event log), and the default audience is set on the connection. A skipped status means a rule condition was not met.
Billing and account
Change or cancel your plan +
Billing tab. Upgrades are billed the prorated difference now; downgrades apply a prorated credit to your next invoice. Manage subscription opens the customer portal.
Pause a site without losing data +
On Sites, Pause stops syncing and removes the Webflow webhooks but keeps every rule, connection, and the full history. Resume anytime.
Invite teammates (Agency) +
On Team, send an invite by email. The link adds them to your account in one click; they can manage sites, rules, and email tools, but only the owner controls billing.
