Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuillJet ("Service"), operated by the provider identified below ("we", "us", "our").
QuillJet, registered in the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 97282812.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
2. The Service
QuillJet is a Webflow Marketplace application that synchronizes events from a user's connected Webflow site (orders, form submissions and CMS items) into the user's connected third-party email marketing tool. QuillJet does not send marketing email itself. It upserts contacts into the email tool you connect, and that tool owns sending. Specific features are described on https://quilljet.com.
3. Account and access
You must have a Webflow account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You are also responsible for your own accounts with the email tools you connect and for your compliance with their terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service to process contacts you are not permitted to process, or to send unsolicited communications through your connected email tool
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
5. Subscription and billing
The Service is offered on a flat monthly subscription. Plans, prices, and limits are published on https://quilljet.com/#pricing. We charge in advance via Stripe. When you change plans, charges are prorated automatically. Promo codes may be applied at checkout where offered. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice, or immediately for security incidents, illegal use, or non-payment.
8. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We perform maintenance during low-traffic windows when possible. The Service depends on Webflow and on the email tools you connect, which are outside our control.
9. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you create or configure through the Service, including connections, sync rules, events, settings, and configuration. The contacts synced into your email tool remain in your account with that tool. We process personal data on your behalf as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
10. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the Service, including all software, documentation, and trademarks. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the account email you provide at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider is established, once that entity is identified above. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
