Your leads sit in Webflow
Orders and form submissions land in Webflow, not in the tool that actually emails your customers. You export CSVs, or you forget, and the welcome email never goes out.
Fields have to line up
Webflow form fields carry whatever labels you gave them. Your email tool expects its own merge fields or attributes, so each value has to be matched to the right field.
Re-typing loses people

Contacts land in your own audience
Orders and form submissions become contacts in your own Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo or other tool, subscribed or not as each rule decides. Uninstall QuillJet and the contacts it delivered stay in your tool.
Mapped field by field, your way
Visual field mapping turns any Webflow field into the exact merge field or attribute your email tool expects, with transforms to split a full name or lowercase an email, plus fixed tags and values. Automap suggests the obvious matches for you.
Only the contacts you want
Per-rule conditions gate delivery: only orders over a value, only when a checkbox is ticked, only when a field exists. Anything that does not match is recorded as skipped and not sent to your email tool.
Matched by email, retried on errors
Contacts are matched by email, so a retry or a repeated webhook updates the same contact instead of creating a second (GetResponse leaves a contact already on the list unchanged). A failed delivery retries with backoff and lands in an event log you can inspect and replay.

Authorize QuillJet for your site. It reads orders, form submissions and, if you turn them on, CMS items and inventory changes. It adds webhooks to your site and nothing else: no Designer changes, no code.
Sign in to Mailchimp, or enter an API key for one of the other six tools. Pick the list or audience new contacts join.
Choose the trigger, map the fields, and decide whether new contacts are subscribed. Each new matching event is then delivered to your email tool, with retries and an event log.

What QuillJet reads
Read-only Webflow access (authorized_user:read, sites:read, ecommerce:read, forms:read, cms:read): your sites, its own webhooks, and the events Webflow sends for the triggers you turn on.
What it writes to your site
Only webhooks, one per trigger you turn on, added and removed when you connect, pause, remove or change triggers in QuillJet. It writes no pages, CMS items, products, orders or forms, publishes nothing, and adds no code, scripts or embeds.
What it writes to your email tool
Contacts, per sync rule, matched by email: new ones are created, existing ones updated with the mapped fields (GetResponse leaves a contact already on the list unchanged). Whether a new contact is subscribed, pending or saved without consent depends on the rule and the tool. QuillJet sends no email.

Limits, and after you uninstall
Each plan caps sites, email tools and events per month. Events over the cap are stored but not delivered, and are not delivered later. Webflow's own plan limits still apply. After an uninstall, contacts stay in your email tool, and QuillJet's webhooks may stay listed in Webflow (Site settings, Apps & Integrations, Webhooks) without delivering anything: delete your QuillJet account first to remove them, or delete them in Webflow. Security & trust
It holds your customer data, so it is built to be careful
Sign-in based connections, read-only Webflow access, and an export of your account data from the app.
Scoped connections, no passwords
You connect Webflow and Mailchimp through their own sign-in screens, and other tools with an API key you can revoke in the tool. QuillJet never sees an account password.
Read-only on Webflow
We request read-only access to your sites, orders, forms and CMS, and register webhooks to receive events. QuillJet never edits your site content, products or customers, and never publishes.
Encrypted tokens at rest
Every connection token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Adapters decrypt only in memory to make a single API call, and never handle the key.
EU-hosted
Data is stored in Germany, and a DPA is available. Export your account data, or delete your account and its data, from the app.

Every account starts on Free, no card needed; choose a paid plan in Billing inside the app whenever you need more. Event limits count the Webflow events received each calendar month (UTC): past the limit, QuillJet keeps logging events but stops delivering them until the next month or an upgrade, and events over the limit are not delivered later. Every plan includes the full sync engine, field mapping, transforms, conditions and tags. Webflow's own plan limits on form submissions and Ecommerce still apply. Prices are per month, VAT included where it applies; no tax is added at checkout. Your contacts live in your own email tool, and you can cancel a paid plan anytime.

Webflow is great at capturing leads. Getting them into the email tool you actually send from, with the right fields, often meant CSV exports for us. Does QuillJet send the emails?
No. QuillJet syncs your Webflow contacts into your own email tool, and your tool owns the sending. That means your lists, your deliverability and your templates all stay exactly where they are. We move the contact and the data, nothing else.
What happens if I uninstall?
Contacts QuillJet delivered stay in your own email tool; QuillJet never deletes them. In Webflow, QuillJet's webhooks may stay listed after an uninstall (Site settings, Apps & Integrations, Webhooks), but they no longer deliver anything. Delete your QuillJet account before uninstalling and they are removed for you; otherwise you can delete them in Webflow. QuillJet deletes its access token within a day of an uninstall and your account and data 30 days later.
Do you charge per contact or per task?
No. There is a free plan and flat monthly plans with a monthly event limit. Events over the limit are stored but not delivered, and are not delivered later; nothing is billed for them.
Which email tools are supported?
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, Omnisend and GetResponse. Mailchimp connects with one-click OAuth, the rest with a scoped API key. Need another tool? Tell us on the contact form, we prioritise by demand.
What can trigger a sync?
New Webflow orders, form submissions, and CMS items created or updated. Inventory changes can be logged too, but they carry no customer and never create a contact. You choose which triggers each site listens to, and each sync rule targets one event and one email tool.
Will it add a contact twice?
No. Contacts are matched by email address, so a retry, a repeated webhook or the same person submitting twice updates the one contact instead of creating a duplicate. In GetResponse, a contact already on the list is left unchanged.
How do I control which fields get mapped?
QuillJet auto-detects the email and name from any Webflow payload, then you map anything else field by field to the exact merge field or attribute your tool expects. Transforms can split a full name, lowercase a value or trim whitespace, and you can add fixed tags and values.
Can I sync only some submissions?
Yes. Each rule can carry conditions, for example only orders over a total, only when a field equals a value, or only when a field exists. Events that do not match are recorded and marked skipped, and are not sent to your email tool.
What if a delivery fails?
It retries automatically with backoff, up to five attempts. A contact your email tool rejects outright (for example a fake-looking address) is marked failed straight away. Failures show in the event log with the exact error, you can retry with one click, and the account owner gets an email, at most one per email tool per day.
Is my data safe?
You connect through OAuth sign-in or an API key, so we never see an account password. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, we hold read-only access to Webflow plus our own webhooks, and data is stored in Germany with a DPA available.
